Stackable Vial Storage Trays

Storage that grows with you

Each tray holds vials upright in their own cell, with a recessed panel on the front of each tray. Trays lock together with a stacking lip, and one lid closes the top of the stack. Start with a tray and lid, then add extra trays whenever you need more space. Trays for 3 ml and 10 ml vials share footprints and lids, so you can mix both kinds in one stack.

Sizes

For 2 ml and 3 ml vials (45 mm tall in the stack):

• 3 ml, 10 vials (5 x 2): 98 x 45 mm.
• 3 ml, 50 vials (10 x 5): 186 x 98 mm.
• 3 ml, 100 vials (10 x 10): 186 x 186 mm.

For 10 ml vials (58 mm tall in the stack):

• 10 ml, 3 vials: 98 x 45 mm.
• 10 ml, 21 vials (7 x 3): 186 x 98 mm.
• 10 ml, 49 vials (7 x 7): 186 x 186 mm.
• Mixed, 81 vials: 21 x 10 ml and 60 x 3 ml, 186 x 186 mm, designed to bring the caps close to level.
• Mixed set, 181 vials: a 3 ml 100-vial tray, a Mixed 81 tray and one lid, stacked. 160 x 3 ml and 21 x 10 ml, about 109 mm tall, 186 x 186 mm. Less than buying the two separately.

Add about 6 mm for the lid. A 4 mm locating lip on top of each tray makes them easy to line up and slot together. Trays stack with any tray of the same footprint, 3 ml or 10 ml, under the same lid: 98 x 45 mm trays together, 186 x 98 mm trays together, and 186 x 186 mm trays together.

Choose your pack

• 1 tray + lid: one tray with a matching lid. Start here.
• 2 or 3 trays + lid (3 ml sizes): a ready-made stack. Each extra tray in the pack costs less than buying it on its own.
• Extra tray (no lid): add it under your lid to grow a stack you already have.

Four styles, made to match

• Twist: diagonal ribs.
• Flutes: classic vertical fluting.
• Hexagon: a honeycomb of recessed hexagons.
• Smooth: clean panels with fine grip lines.

• 3 ml cells: 16.5 mm across, 14 mm deep, a snug fit for 2 ml and 3 ml vials up to 16.2 mm across (most 3 ml vials are about 16 mm) and up to 42 mm tall including the cap
• 10 ml cells: 22.4 mm square, 20 mm deep. Fits 10 ml vials up to 22 mm across and 56 mm tall including the cap
• Mixed tray: 3 ml cells sit raised to bring the 3 ml caps close to level with the 10 ml caps (3 ml vials up to 38 mm tall in this tray)
• Stacking lip and groove keep the stack from sliding apart
• Trays and lids click together. Grip tabs (1.2 mm) on the front and back of each tray base and lid make them easy to separate
• Recessed panel on the front of every tray
• Printed in PETG: tough and easy to wipe clean. Not dishwasher safe.
