Simple, honest pricing
Every job is quoted individually. That is the point: your file, your spec. But here is what things typically cost, so there are no surprises.
| Example job | Typical price |
|---|---|
| Small part such as a clip, bracket or knob (up to ~50g PLA) | £12 to £18 |
| Medium part such as a phone stand, enclosure or figurine (50 to 150g) | £18 to £36 |
| Prototype housing in tougher PETG (~120g) | £28 to £36 |
| Flexible part in TPU (50 to 100g) | £20 to £35 |
| Large prop or multi part build (400g and up) | £70 to £95+ |
What is included in every price
File check and material advice · print · dimension checks on functional parts · careful packing · a reprint or refund promise if we get it wrong.
What is extra
Postage at cost (typically £3 to £8 tracked, never marked up) · rush service +50% · post processing like sanding or heavy support cleanup, quoted per job.
What affects the price?
Material weight
The biggest factor. A part twice the size costs roughly twice the filament. We weigh every job, so you pay for what is actually used.
Print time
Big or highly detailed parts tie up a machine for longer. We will suggest layer height and infill options if you want to trade speed for cost.
Material choice
PLA is cheapest. PETG costs slightly more. Flexible TPU takes longer to print, so costs a little more per gram.
Finish and quantity
Support removal is included. Sanding or fine finishing is quoted per job. Multiple copies of the same part get cheaper per unit.
