Stackable Cartridge Trays

Description

Every cartridge in its own slot

Each tray holds 3 ml cartridges upright in their own square slots, so they don’t roll or knock together, with a recessed label panel on the front of every tray. Trays lock together with a stacking lip, and one lid closes the top of the stack. Start with a tray and lid, then add extra trays whenever you need more space. They share footprints and lids with our vial trays, so you can build one stack of vial and cartridge trays under one lid.

Sizes

• 12 cartridges (6 x 2): 98 x 45 mm.
• 78 cartridges (13 x 6): 186 x 98 mm.
• 169 cartridges (13 x 13): 186 x 186 mm.

Each tray is 67 mm tall, including its 4 mm locating lip. Add about 6 mm for the lid. The lip on top makes trays and lids easy to line up and slot together, and they click together so the stack stays put.

Stacks with our vial trays

A cartridge tray stacks with any tray of the same footprint, under the same lid:

• 12 cartridges with 3 ml, 10 vials and 10 ml, 3 vials
• 78 cartridges with 3 ml, 50 vials and 10 ml, 21 vials
• 169 cartridges with 3 ml, 100 vials, 10 ml, 49 vials and Mixed, 81 vials

Choose your pack

• 1 tray + lid: one tray with a matching lid. Start here.
• Extra tray (no lid): add it under your lid to grow a stack you already have.

Four styles, made to match

• Twist: diagonal ribs.
• Flutes: classic vertical fluting.
• Hexagon: a honeycomb of recessed hexagons.
• Smooth: clean panels with fine grip lines.

Details

• Slots are 12 mm square and 18 mm deep. They fit standard 3 ml cartridges up to 11.7 mm across and 64 mm long
• 2 mm of room above each cartridge, under the next tray or lid
• Trays and lids click together. Grip tabs (1.2 mm) on the front and back of each tray base and lid make them easy to separate
• Stacking lip and snap fit keep the stack together
• Recessed label panel on the front of every tray
• Printed in PETG: tough and easy to wipe clean. Not dishwasher safe.
